TimeWise ADHD is a Family Affair.

Once upon a time, there was a mom who was almost never late—and a daughter with severe time blindness.
School mornings? A daily battleground.
Need to be somewhere at 8:00? We’d better set a “go time” for 7:00 just to have a fighting chance.
The stress, the frustration, the tears—it was hard for both of us. The constant rush wasn’t just about missing a bell or appointment. It was the guilt, the shame, and that sinking feeling of letting people down before the day had even started.
I knew there had to be a better way.
So, I built TimeWise: ADHD—first to help my own child succeed, but also for every person out there who’s tired of losing the race against the clock.
Why We Exist
ADHD time blindness is real. And it’s not about laziness or not caring—it’s about how our brains perceive time (or don’t).
Most timers and productivity apps weren’t built with ADHD in mind. They’re cluttered, overwhelming, or based on unrealistic expectations. TimeWise works differently. It meets you where you are and guides you—gently—through your routine with visual cues, smart scheduling, and a little humor.
We’re here to help you succeed with less shame, less stress, and more on-time wins.
What We Offer
Reverse Scheduling – Start with your “out the door” time, and we’ll plan backward so you know exactly when to start each step.
Visual Time Awareness – Your screen shifts from green to orange to red as time ticks down, so you can see time passing.
Gentle Alerts – Beeps and alarms that pull you out of hyperfocus without startling you into another stress spiral.
Adaptive Learning – TimeWise remembers how long things actually take you and adjusts accordingly.
Simple, ADHD-Friendly Design – No clutter, no complex menus—just what you need, when you need it.
Our Values
Empathy First – We live this. ADHD, mental health challenges, neurodiversity—it’s not theory for us, it’s everyday life.
No Shame Zone – Being late doesn’t make you a bad person. You deserve tools that help, not judge.
Realistic Structure – Plans that work with your brain, not against it.
Accessibility – Affordable, simple, and easy to use — for anyone who needs it

A Note From Me
I’m not just the creator of TimeWise. I’m also a mom raising teens with ADHD, living in a house where neurodiversity is the norm, and constantly juggling my own ADHD brain.
If you’ve ever felt that mix of frustration and guilt because time got away from you again—you’re in the right place. You don’t have to “try harder” or beat yourself up. You just need a system that gets you.
That’s what TimeWise is here for.
